Good Morning. I am signed out of my public mobile account and my payment Information is correct and it showing from td bank 0.00 trying to be taken not the amount which is also in there. Need my phone

you said td bank shows 0.00, does that mean PM unable to take the money?

you have no service now?  

did you try to login My Account to make a manual payment or unable to login?

if you cannot pay but need the service quick, get a voucher from stores and pay by calling *611

and if you need PM help about login, message them instead of Chatbot (since you cannot login and won't be able to use chatbot).  Use this link

Hi, are you doing this manually or is this auto-pay?

Is your public mobile account showing available funds? Restart your phone and see if it works. If not you probably have to make a manual payment to resume service.
