I accidentally subscribed to multiple plans by changing subscription and have been charged 3-4 times. Would you revert all the payments except for the most recent one of $ 35 with 75 gb data and 1000 mins internationally for the Philippines, UK, etc|?

In future, when changing plans, highly recommend doing so on NEXT RENEWAL as opposed to immediate plan changes to avoid being charged immediately for the plan change, in which you forfeit anything remaining on the prior plan cycle, in addition to not being prorated.
As others have indicated, a sympathetic customer support agent is your best resource at this juncture.

PM is a prepaid provider and they usually do not provide refund, but in your case they would help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

For the multiple payment. You need to contact a CS_Agent for a refund.
Please note that PM will not downgrade your current plan so if it is more than $35. You can’t downgrade. You can only upgrade from your current plan.
