eSIM not activating!! Already paid

Hey, I am currently with Roger’s. I purchased the $45/month deal for 100GB. I already paid and the money came out of my account but when I open the email and download the app, I clicked transfer number and I put my rogers account number (9 digits) and I’m connected to wifi and I keep getting the message “eSIM not activated”. I tried restarting my phone multiple times and even deleted the public mobile app and re installed it and I keep getting the same message. I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max. I need a customer support number because I need this resolved as soon as possible

Hi TheSterlinger,

I received the message to port my number. To which I replied YES, however I do not have an eSIM for public mobile installed on my phone, due to the error message I was receiving in the public mobile app earlier. Is it possible to have the eSIM sent to my email address?

@Moe4322  please note for everyday issues, Public Mobile does NOT have a call centre. Public Mobile is  self serve and all contact is done through tickets. 

You create a ticket through your account and a CS Agent will reply.

For this issue, if you responded to the SMS from Rogers to confirm the port, after 30 minutes or so, then you should remove your Rogers SIM or disable esim. Go to your phone settings, Cellular and confirm that the PM esim is there and "turn on this line or make primary". Sometimes, a restart is necessary. 

If it's still not working,  you can create a ticket.

Thank you for this feedback. I wish they would just provide a phone number. It’s very frustrating not being able to call.
