not able to activate ESIM with new service

tried activating new service with ESIM through the APP but all failed. IOS updated. not sure what's going on.

no QR code in the email.

Someone else had this same problem. You didn't get an eSIM, or by email?

subscription not activated. something didn't go right. contact customer support agent.

check Settings > Cellular, is the Public Mobile esim there?  Make sure that is set as Primary and "Turn on this line" is toggled on

Also, you need to make sure the other sim card from the old provider is removed or the esim from the old carrier is disabled (to disable that other one , toggle off Turn on this line)

if that still cannot connect to PM network, you will need to ask PM to sort it out.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
