Iphone14 esim

I have tried to use the Esim feature but it says my device is not compatible when I saw that iphone14 is compatible. Im trying to DK ut another way but I don’t know where I can find the QR code for the Esim outside of trying to do it through the pm app

I just did an eSIM for the 14 Plus. So it should work. Reach out to a CS Agent and ask them to send you one to your email to get going on it.
