Won't transfer phone number from Telus or Fido

Try to restart the phone with no sim card, then put the new sim card in, it happened to me too, and that's what I did, and it work

What was the error? You used the public mobile app to activate? You got the error at the step after choosing to transfer number? In such case, you need PM to sort it out. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
