Is it possible to cancel plan during the pre-activation

Will it be possible to cancel my plan during the pre-activation phase, I won't be able to receive the sim card in  time and the post office will just send it back.

Don't cancel your plan. Just buy a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax). And you activate immediately. This was what I did after waiting almost 2 weeks and my sim not arriving.

@duck1e, your subscription will not start until you receive and register the SIM card which means the plan will not be activated yet so no worries about using up the plan until then.

Sorry, but all sales are final without refund.  I'm unsure as to why the post office would send it back as Public Mobile ususally sends SIM cards by regular mail.
