Hello, I just switch from Fizz to Public Mobile. Received an e-mail for Fizz for the transfer and the payment is done with PM. Everything seems good but am I supposed to receive a confirmation text to put my SIM card in the phone? Thanks!

Hey: in the top left hand corner of my phone, the usual standard message that is normall displayed is "Public Mobile". However, that is no longer showing. What is showing is "Emergency Calls only". What can be done to fix this?
