Transferring number problems?

Hi all,

Since last Thursday, we transferred my wife's phone to PM from Fido, but we discovered she hasn't been able to send or receive texts and calls to her number are bounced to her Fido voice mail.

The last part of the transfer process was texting YES to the Fido transfer text message. We didn't get a reply, but since she could place calls we thought it had worked. She has access to data from her PM esim, though.

Who should I be talking to about this next?

I need to confirm if she can make outbound calls and if the sim shows connected to PM network 

if just inbound and issue, it is a porting problem.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.
