  • My Mother in law just got her phone hooked up this month and was charged 3 monthly payment in two days, how do I get this fixed

hi @Glenkk 

that should not have happened.  Login her My Account, and confirm if you see those transactions on the Payment history page.  Also check with bank or credit card to confirm if any of those charges are just pending one
