I have closed the Public Mobile account on August 17, 2025. I request that you remove my credit card information on file and do not process any future autopayments effective August 17, 2025.

HOW did you close your account?
ONLY porting number out will close your account immediately! Before porting out is always smart to open a ticket and ask agent to remove CC info - JUST in case.
Nobody will email you confirmation 'when closing is complete'. PM support is all on-line through personal mail so open a ticket through chatbot and ask for confirmation.
