So I just payed off my cellphone bill on August 15, I got a new subscription from you guys on August 17, you guys charged me the whole amount of a new month, that should be prorated, not a whole new month of charges.
And that's whats wrong with companies that are all greed and no care for there customers, w.e I'm out 30$, I'll still be a customer because it's a pain to change carriers, but don't expect much from me if you can't do anything for me,
