Hi I just got double charged on a plan I wanted to get, I payed August 15 now you guys just charged me on August 17

Just login to your account and check to see the Top-up amount. If you were double charge, it would indicate that your account is active and your current subscription cycle will end on September 16.
And in the Payment tab, the extra charge will show as available funds for next month payment.

hi @Cam1945 check with the bank/credit card to see if one of the two is just a pending charge
if both are posted charges, ask PM support agent to check
