Lost my phone number!

I tried to transfer my wife's service to my account, thinking I'd be given a popup to buy a new plan for her. Instead it seems to have changed my whole account over to her phone number instead, and I've seemingly lost mine.How do I get it back ASAP?

Data Roaming

I changed to a plan that included both Canada and U.S services but I’m not able to connect to public mobile services, it defaults to other services when turning on data roaming. I’m not sure if the plan allows me to use data roaming without fees.
