Thank you for bringing this to our attention! The customer was already in a private conversation with one of our agents when the post was escalated. The agent will continue assisting them directly.

This did seem to work, but would have been settled a lot quicker if you did have a live representative to speak with.
I guess I did not realize I have 60G of Data already and wasted my points to get the extra 10.
if somehow I can get the points back, that would be great.

are you existing customer or new subscriber?
If you are existing customer for some time, did you login My Account to confirm if you already used up all your data?
also, check on your phone to see if you have set a data limit, if so, disable it
Try also Reboot the phone and Reset Network Settings
