500 Long Distance Bonus Minutes

Hi,

Almonst more than 48 hours have passed since I have activated $40 60 GB Black Friday plan. The plan does include regular 500 long distance minutes but I have not received so far additional 500 long distance Bonus minutes as advertised. Why I am not getting it? How to get it?Bonus 500 LDM.jpg

While I see your point, I think it's a stretch to have interpreted it that way. When you click through to the plan details it's very clear it's only 500, which is in fact the "bonus".

Thanks for the elaboration, however, the wording on the advertisement is incredibly misleading. It would be best if PM clarified this better on the website. It's frustrating to think I'm receiving such a great deal and to then be disappointed because of the way PM advertised the deal. I switched my entire plan to PM for this deal, and now I get to find out that I'm not getting what I thought I was. As a new to PM, this has been a horrible first experience with Public Mobile.

It's 500 total, not 500+500. The "bonus" is what you also see advertised on the plan details. It's per 30 day cycle, so you'll get a new pool of 500 minutes every 30 days.

as far as I see, there is no 500 bonus minutes, where you see that?

if you got it from sms promotion or from your My Account, take a screenshot and ask PM

 Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

My browser is not showing it, thanks though. What about my other question regarding 500 Bonus Minutes?

$40 - 60GB only gives you 500 International minutes, where you see 500 additional?

it does.  Scroll to the bottom , look for Term and Conditions and expand it, point 3 is there

Thanks for the reply. I am very clear about it but my question is why I have not received advertised Bonus 500 minutes in addition to 500 regular minutes?

the minutes are not to call everywhere in the world but just these countries
Monthly long-distance minutes to China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. Calls must originate from Canada. 

If you go back to the Plans page and expand the Terms and Conditions and at the bottom, point 3 covers taht
