I upgraded my wifes Bell phone and was going to use the new hardware for my daughters public mobile number.  It is an Iphone Mini 12 and when I put in the public mobile sim I get SIM not supported.  Bell tells me the device is not locked.  Thoughts.

Changed number to Service Down

Changed Number was never detectd by the phone, which still shows the old number.Can't rechange the number in Self-Serve.Phone won't load new number.Public Mobile has no real Customer Service, so they might lose a Customer.
