I have always said that it appears to me that the delays are on the PM side of processing the order  and passing to the third party. The third party should need no less than 24 hours to ship. That is if they are in stock.  Any cards that I have shipped by Canada Post have taken no more than 5-7 working days...BC to maritimes.

Should be a week or less and is shipped by UPS not Canada Post. Mine came from a third party in  NE Calgary to BC and I think there is a other shipping  point in the east.

Hi @CountyDownIeUk

The delivery time changed a lot.  There has been a good run for within one week for a short period of time.  From the posts lately, it looks like it is 2 weeks now.  They really should make it more consistent

If it has been longer than 2 weeks you can contact customer support but if your intention is to activate you can ask customer support to credit you the cost of a replacement sim card from a local retailer ($10+tax) once you activate and submit the reciept they will then credit your account.

Keep in mind if you are activating a $35+ plan and want to use the 2GBBONUS promocode for the 2gb monthly recurring plan data it is for online activations only. In store activations may offer a bonus but it will be limited rather than non expiring length of time when you remain on a plan $35+.

HI @dharmeshlad84   You meant you want a refund for your SIM card?

it usually take one or two weeks.  How long have you waited?  I suggest you to open a ticket with PM and discuss about it.  I assume you are not PM Customer yet?  Then open via direct message:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

are you trying to activate ?  Some retails will give the SIM free if you have them activate the line
