This is good to know but why would somebody want to renew plan early? Let say $25 plan; after 10 days you decide to renew. Why would you do that? Renewal day will change too, correct?

I just change the plan too.  However, I choose to change on the renew date.  After clicked, it would start automatically change at that renew date without worry too much.  It will be better to add data at this moment in your case.

For future reference if you want to renew your same plan early you need to manually top up your account balance with the plan amount and contact customer support to renew your plan early. Otherwise changing to a different plan can be done yourself as noted by @softech .

Yes, you can change plan at any time.

If you chose 'change Now' you will be paying a little bit more as previous plan is not credited nor refunded as new plan starts.

If you are not in a rush I suggest you to change your plan on next renewal thus avoid overpaying and forfeiting any unused data.

@E39757

You can change your plan anytime but suggest you change at the end of your 30 days cycle since you paid for those days.

Meanwhile you can pick Add-on minutes if you are near the beginning or mid cycle.

It is $15 for an additional 1gb.

@E39757   Yes, you can make plan change yourself by logging into My Account.  Just need to make sure you pick a different plan from what you have now.

Login to My Account, click change Plan , pick the plan and select either Change plan now or Change on the next renewal date. In your case, you might want to change now.  Please note Change plan now will have PM charges you now and start a new cycle today
