I've tried making a ticket many times now and can't get it to send. It doesn't show if there are any errors on my end. I have filled out all lines, space in postal code(ridiculous), left the dot before filling out Public mobile order #, removed the dot, same. I can't get any help, just not working.

Your best bet is to check out all the Q&As within the community, search through the community with keywords that you require assist on. I am sure there are pre-existing answers to most questions out there.

But if you want to open a ticket with PM , you can use one of the 2 ways to open ticket with them
1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

@JPB1977 , Public Mobile support model is different from other brands. There is no call center. I suggest taking a look at this support webpage to understand how to get support for the various issues that you may have with this service.
