I am locked out of my account, I got a new phine and threw out old sim card by mistake, I bought a new sim card a d when trying to activate it to my account I got locked out, ove tried everything. I paid the bill to top up yesterday and I cannot use my phone, please unlock my account so I can switch sim card numbers and start using my phine service that I paid for

HI @Joshtara You do need to open ticket with PM Support to get back your login credentials. But since you are opening the ticket, maybe you can tag on it and ask for them to change your SIM card as well so you can restore the service quicker

If you are locked out please follow instructions as noted by other members.
If you paid for service yesterday and don’t have service. Just reboot your phone by powering off then powering back on.

If you try too many incorrect passwords, you will be locked out for one hour. You can try again in one hour and either try another password or likely need to reset your password.

Otherwise, you will need to contact customer service agent.
Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Type: I can't log in. Follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help.

@Joshtara If the password reset link doesnt help much.
then create a ticket for support agents to help you.
Through bubble on the bottom right or by sending a direct msg to CS_Agent.

Did you try to reset password using 'forgot your password' link? I assume your PM account is still active.
If you cannot reset password or forgot your secret answer you will have to contact agent.
