Hello,
I had an account with Public Mobile 2 years ago and had transferred my number from Bell to Public Mobile.
I left the country for 2 years and lost my Public Mobile account and also my number.
I returned to the country and purchased a new Public Mobile SIM Card, but I'd like to have my old number back if it's still available.

That will be not possible. Since you did lost your number almost 2 years ago, most likely your old number has been reassigned to somebody else.
To check that, call you old number... In for some very slim chance your number is still not assigned you can talk to the agent if they can do something about (getting you back your old number) but I doubt.

The number would now be back at Bell. It's extemely unlikely to get an old phone number back as most likely, it has already been given to someone else. Sorry, but you going to have to choose a new phone number.

Have you tried calling your old number?
It is likely unavailable at the present time. Once your account becomes suspended for 90 days, your PM account is close and mobile number lost. The number is returned to the original mobile company. In this case, Bell.
