Retrieving and blocking IMEI

Hi,

My Pixel 10 XL was stolen last night during a Kijiji sale. Luckily, I have the SIM card and all my data and accounts have been removed in advance. Is there a way Public Mobile could provide me with IMEI number and have that phone locked? I'm currently using my old LG V60 phone. Could someone from PM contact me?

hi @Dima565

you should  never have removed your phone on Google account.   On Google, you should remote lock and wipe your phone and keep it there.  Remove the phone from Google account allows others to setup and use your phone

Do you still have the old box?

It should be on it if you still have it.

You should be able to get the IMEI number from Google Find My service https://myaccount.google.com/find-your-phone

Or you can check with PM CS Support directly.  Please open ticket using Public Mobile Expert Messaging using your Community/EverSafe account.  Select Start a Chat to begin:
