US long distance add-on not working

Hi, I just purchased 1000 minutes of US long-distance calling. I'm in Texas. I can't seem to make any calls. Previously, I had purchased the bundle of data, texting and calling (for 10 days) and that worked fine. My wife is having the exact same problem.

Contact customer support and leave a detailed message explaining your honest mistake and ask them to remove the add on and credit your account the $15. If you want them to add one of the US Roaming add ons for you at the same time you can do this as well but make sure you have enough funds in your account so you may need to add an extra $5 if you want the $20 US Roaming bundle.

You will have better voice call service by manually selecting T-Mobile rather than at&t as they have already begun decommissioning their 3G network that pm uses for voice calls so voice services with them can be hit and miss. T-Mobile does not begin this until July 1st 2022. Not long after that pm will lose all voice services while in the US. The workaround is to download a voip provider like textnow or fongo to use on the 4G LTE network. Fongo uses about 0.5mb/min or 100mb=200min of mobile data or they will work on wifi as well.

HI @psq56   these are the proper US add-on you should have purchased.

You can ask PM CS Agent to exchange that for you if the one you one is within $15.  If  you want to go with the $20 one , it is better for you to load $5 extra onto the account and then PM CS Agent can process immediately

They will likely permit you to use the funds  to purchase the US long distance add on to instead purchase the correct US roaming add on.

Sorry, but long distance minutes are of no use to you. The add-on that you purcahsed is for used while you're in Canada (to call the U.S.). You'll need to purchase a roaming add-on.
