Hi,
I opened a ticket with the chatbot for this some days ago, but have not received any reply or heard back from anyone. Trying my luck via the community now.
When calling a German number (starting with +49) I hear a "5b1 not equipped for incoming service" message and am not getting connected. Calling the number has worked before, and I tested it with several other numbers that are also not working.
My account is equipped with the "300 min International Long Distance" Add-On which has 250+ minutes left. And I have not made any changes to my account or subscriptions recently.
Is there anything else I can do or need to change to get this fixed?
