Hello, I have activated one of my rewards yesterday and the addon data I got (1GB) is still not working.

This is the forum. The ticket system is not working presently. If you tried the previous suggestions, then you will need to private message CS_Agent:

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on to see if that helps.

I do not think you have to activate anything to use gift data. As you use all your allocated data reward/gift data should start.

Click on the envelope in the bottom right corner and follow the prompts for help
