Long distance plan

I have Canada wide  long distance plan but it won't work with some locations in Manitoba. I am from NB and can call anywhere else except for MB... anyone else have this issue ?

charged extra

hi I have 2 dollar autopay and 1 dollar loyalty bonus in my plan, i run 35 dollar plan but this month i have been charged approximately 38 dollar. can someone explain me why. It should not be come upto 38 with tax.
