It looks like the purchase of the add-on for us roaming has gone through twice, will one of the payments be cancelled for me as it was done in error

@Lawcam5  - if you still see the funds in your Available Funds area on your self serve balance then these funds will be used for future renewals or addon purchases. So you can leave the $'s there, rather than requesting refund.

For the US Roaming Addon you purchased do you see it listed under the 'Plan Details' in your account?

If not, than you did not add it successfully yet; so go back to the addon section and add it to your account (now that you have funds added).

Note, these Roaming addons start as soon as you add them successfully to your account, and the 240 hours starts ticking as soon as that happens. So hopefully you are in the USA or there soon?

When you are in the USA, make sure:

  • data roaming is enabled in your phone settings.
  • Restarting your phone should help you connect to the correct network.
  • Go to the cellular or network settings in your phone, and check your APN configuration. If possible, manually search and select either AT&T or T-Mobile's network.

If you are trying to add the same add without the first one being fully expired, you may need CSA help.

Do you see 2 identical add-ons on your account? Maybe you can leave them for future use?

Otherwise please talk to the agent if they can cancel not needed add-on:
