how can I get a refund for a double payment?

I changed my plan, but I didn't get a refund for the previously paid amount.

if you message Customer Support to request refund / credit...please come back and let us know if your request is granted or denied. We'd all like to know in case this comes up again in the future, as I'm sure it will.

@MJY if you selected "Change now" you will not get a refund as Public Mobile is prepaid. You're best to select "Change on renewal" if you have a lot of days left on the current subscription

hi @MJY 

did you use Change now option?  if so, that is how it would be like, PM will charge new plan and won't refund the unused days

but if it is only day one after renewal , and you changed plan after renewal, likely PM agent can do something.

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

and you won't either. You were given choice to Change Now OR Change on Renewal. If you selected Change Now...you pay now and lose balance of previpous plan with no refunds or pre-rating of the plan.
