I have a problem with my Simcard. I cannot call or text somebody and they also can't call or text me. I have no delay in my payment. I also have a problem with my mobile data it cannot log in to the Simcard network. for any action, it errors "service is unavailable". OR " not registered on network" what is the problem?? (my phone is android)

Try rebootIng the phone by powering off the phone then back on. If that didn’t work, as suggested by @softech put the SIM in another phone to see if it works.
If it does then it is your phone.
If not, check if there are any Telus outages in your area.

@sabaa did you login to My Account and confirm your status is Active?
It sounds like you could have an issue with your device instead. Do you have a 2nd phone you can put your SIM into it for test?
If not, at least try to first reboot the phone, then change the network connection to 3G ONLY and see if it works
Also, check if you phone is blacklisted
