empty sim card

Just activated a new sim and transfered my telus number to it but once inserted into the phone I got empty sim card. Tried other phones and got the same message. I have no phone to use now as the telus card has been transfered.!

Charged twice due to public mobile system error

During payment, there was a message popped out and said log out and try again as there was an error or something. So i did. And that same message pop out again. When i check my credit card, it was charged twice with 40.25 each.
