Hi,
I just activated my new plan. I verified the phone is compatible with Public Mobile, but still there is no service. I also tried switching off and on several time, removing and putting back the sim card, reseting the network parameters... Everything SIMon the bot told me to do xD.
I wanted to submit a ticket but I fail to log in, even if it works when I do it to enter the community page. Therefore I can't submit it.
How else can contact the support ??

I foud the problem.
The Public Mobile SIM doesn't work in my phone as second SIM (2G connection only) whereas my other SIM does.
I have to put it as the master SIM with 2G/3G/4G so both SIM can work.
What bothers me is that the Public Mobile card is not the one I want to use for data.
I guess I'll have to disabled it when I want to use data. Unless you see another solution.

Are you certain your new account with PM was actually created to put your SIM card into service? Is there evidence of your credit card being charged?

I don't think so. I ve had it for a few years and it worked with different providers.
And I have a double sim and the other sim is working.

As you wait for moderator help, you can try the SIM card in another working phone. To help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service issue. Is it possible that your phone is locked to previous carrier?
