Just lost service to make a call. Text and data still work. What to do?

 I have the same issues and they give me the same answers as per below. It is so frustrating as they have no clue how to fix any issues.

 Hey @jen613 

Have you tried to reboot the phone? First thing I would try is to go into your network settings and click on reset, then reboot. Another option is to try the SIM card in a different phone to see if it works there. If you are still unable to make calls, please create a ticket so CS can refresh your network on their end.

Did you try to reboot your phone?
Try SIM in another phone?

If SMS works calls should work too.
