I was charged on my credit card while I unsuscribed my monthly plan for now. I opened a service ticket with notes and explanation.... Crickets... I no response to a service ticket within 24 hours is the service level for such things, I am going to resolve the charge on my credit card, and move OUT of this service, Service is not the right way to define the state of what we are provided with here.

I was contacted by an agent within 2-6 hours last time I opened a ticket. Hope you get a response soon but if I were in your situation I would request another ticket.

if you work with the credit card, your service will stop immediately and you won't be able to port out the number, if you care that
