I have the same issues. I have never had any success in dealing with Public Mobile. When I am back in Canada, I will get rid of this total aggravation. Good luck with your issues. I tried to downgrade my subscription as it is completely useless when I spend my winter outside of North America. No way to do that and the website is broken a great deal of the time with A1 Forbidden errors. Completely fed up.

After everyone was switched to the Points Rewards.
I was on the $25 plan with 1gb data too and in my account there was a $23 plan with 6gb of data so I switched plan.
Login to your account and go the Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription and it will list all plans you are eligible for.

you cannot return the old plan. The old $20 plan is not available anymore to join

You are talking to customers like yourself. PM staff does not read these forum (or very, very seldom, by accident).
You are paying more as there is NO more monthly (30 days) rebate. Now you collect points and then convert them to dollars when you collet at least 15. You have to convert them manually, it is not automatically.
To contact PM staff you have to open a ticket through chatbot (bottom right), type 'ticket' and follow prompts.

The Legacy Rewards program is over. It's been over for a while.
