Spotty service

Hey so my phone keeps telling me to sign into network. My subscription is active and i can sometimes make calls and text but for the last week at least my network hasn't been working properly. Same with my data it does not want to work. I have turned my data on and off. As well as reastarted my phone.

Sign  into network is often a message that shows up when no data is remaining on the account or when an unsecured Wi-Fi network has been connected to that requires further authentication to use.

There are a ton of complaints here in the Community regarding this. Check them out. If it doesn't work after troubleshooting,  message PM to have them refresh your account.

I would suggest you reset the Network Settings and this should help.

Samsung s23 ultra cant remember if its a physical sim card I will have to take a peak.

What type of phone is this? If you have a physical SIM and another phone,  test the card there.

Also, for calls, can you switch to 3G and test.
