cant get second phone ported over properly

Ported my phone over no problem..instant gratification ! 🙂

Went to port my son's phone over and no dice. He can send  and call out but can't receive calls and apparently is missing texts as well. Been two weeks now and running out of options from the community boards.  ( start stop/ reset/ airplane mode then restart etc etc etc )

Help ?

@trevtesl  Wow, two weeks ports usually complete within 4 hours. You need to submit a ticket asap for help.

Type "port request" to open a ticket with moderators.

Watch the little envelope icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when the moderators respond to your inquiry.
