Yesterday, Sunday, May 8/22 I made a $ 28 dollar payment off my VISA for payment of future extras I want to purchase in a few days. Public Mobile has only credited me 25 dollars. Why did I not get the full 28 dollar credit.

no data/internet service today

Hello Woke up this morning in Newmarket to no data service on my cell. I am able to make phone calls and wifi works fine. I spoke with 2 others in Toronto and they are not affected.  Anyone else have the same issue?
