@carlm2004 try once again, try to use Incognito mode to login to My Account and use the last password you changed to

I should add that not only do I send a letter directly to cs_agent, I will use the reply box from a previous communication with them to avoid having to verify each and every time. Sometimes they make you anyway but mostly not. Doesn't even matter which one because it just goes to a random anyway.
Side note: the words simple and easy would not be terms I'd use in reference to customer service at PM, haha. Truth.

Any chance you can share your issue? It is true that likely PM support can help,but some types of issue, it might be quicker to get support or workarounds from the Community members. Or at least we can better prepare you what to provide in your ticket with PM support and it helps to cut down the back and forth time with the exchange of messages
But if you would like to go ahead with ticket opening, here are thr 2 ways with clear steps how to submit the ticker quickly
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

I simply send a private message to CS_Agent. Use the envelope icon at the top of the page. I find it easier and quicker this way.

There are 2 ways to contact a CS_Agent.
- Go to bottom of page and click on SIMon Chatbot and type in Create a Ticket. Explain your issue.
- Click on envelope icon on top of page and private message a CS_Agent.
They are available from 6:00am to 10:00pm EST.
