data quota 250M is not getting renew

I have $15 plan which includes 250MB of data. For the last 2 months, my data quota is not getting renew. What is the procedure to have this problem corrected ?

the system there is a new design but everything is fine. after trying to use the computer's browser, clearing cache and cookies and using a page in private mode,

login in the main page, click the small circular arrow icon in the lower right corner to update.and you will see it.

@vihopan - how do you know it is not getting renewed? 250MB could get burned up quickly if not known what it is being used on.

 

If you are seeing something on your My Account you don't think is correct, before you log in try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device.

If using Chrome, best and easiest way, I find, is opening a tab in incognito mode then log in this way.

 

Then, if you see the little circle with the arrow, hit that to refresh your information.

 

When looking at the Data Usage Details, make sure you are choosing the DOWNLOAD option and move that into an excel format to have a look. The overview/snapshot that shows for Data in this area is (or was anyhow) just wrong.

Note, data shows up in the usage details section 6-12 hours after it has been used.

With thie introduction of the new My Account site, you properly judt reading off the cached version and the usage you got was not up to date

 

Try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari)  or try again with a  completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome.  You should then see the latest usage from the server
