I can’t get access to my account. The password reset is not working (no code sent to my email).

Have the 2FA code sent by text to your phone then clear your browser and login.

If having issues with your password, use the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password

If an email is received (check spam/junk folder) then the email is likely registered.

 

If the account is currently in suspended status you can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611,  see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

hi if that won't work for you then you need to contact a customer service agent they will help reset your account 

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply

use browser from computer,/clear cache/cookies/use one page inPrivate mode,

or safari on private mode, then  Reset Password 

 

after successful reset passowrd then close all browser,/clear cache/cookies/one page inPrivate mode,

 

To Login Page  

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything, just wait about a 3 second will automatically be login,,

 

if want to contact PM support team by  > CS_Agent  to reset.
