Resolved! Unanswered calls do not go to voicemail

All of a sudden today I can't Dial out. I keep getting the response that they're unable to complete the call and I need to add it onto the plan as it's a long distance call. However, it's to my voicemail and it won't let me dial into that. Thoughts?

Data says used up but I only used 300Mb according to my phone

I have the $25 dollar plan which gives me 500Mb plus 500Mb for auto pay, and I got a message saying I used all my data but if I open my data usage on my phone I've only used 300Mb in the last 30 days. Why is this happening?

Resolved! minutes addons not showing up in my account

been with public 3 months with a 500 min addon .account should show 1500 mins minus the 8 mins i have used my phone since i started the account in my addon. yes i see that the used time comes off the addon first.
