Resolved! I can't make or receive calls

This has been sporadic, but everytime I try to call someone or someone tries to call me, there is no ring or dial tone. On my end, it says there's either a server error or the "phone number was entered incorrectly." Please advise. Thanks!

data overlimit even though my phone are data are off.
