@vak1959 are you a current Public Mobile customer?
If so, can you hit the RESEND option a few times and see if an email option appears. Or, enter the incorrect code a few times, and the email option may come up then.
If still nothing, try the "Forgot your email" option and see if that guides you through.

Are you receiving any SMS, in other words are your services working?
