My son is on the $15/mo plan that says unlimited messaging is included, but as of 2 days ago he can no longer send texts unless on wifi. How do I fix this?
Tried all of those things, except trying SIM card in different phone. All of friends and family use PM and have same issue. Not going to try it with acquaintance.
