I did launch a complaint. Got a sorry but there’s not going back to the old plan. Tried to assure me the new one was just as good. Total BS. Higher-ups at PM totally out of touch with their consumer base.
Under this new system you have to bank points until you have enough. It’s lousy. The old system was so much better for customers. If PM isn’t careful lots more will be jumping ship and they won’t have any customers at all
Should we all be lodging complaints? I tried going thru PM customer service and got nowhere. I’d be happy if they just went back to the old system that worked so well
