I went to a physical store & told the agent I needed to create a new account, he sold me vouchers & said nothing of the credit payment needed to sign up so I’ve paid twice as a result & the store would not refund me even though their agent misinformed me, how do I request a refund of these vouchers I never needed in the first place?

If you’re staying with PM, your best bet would be to keep the voucher and put it towards your next cycle and I’m pretty sure you can’t return vouchers. It’s unfortunate that there was some miscommunication.

@Quake You can load them on your account in payment section or *611 . Don’t think you can get a refund for them

Are you only going to use PM cell service for one month? You can load the vouchers for next month's payment. The physical store is not associated with Public mobile directly.
