How to verify identification number when the code sent to my lost sim card

I lost my sim card several month but public mobile withdraw automatically from my credit card. When I try to login to my public mobile account they sent a code for verification to my lost phone. How can I access to my account to report sim card loss and get a new sim card and access to my phone numebr.

Just wondering if you created a Eversafe ID  yet? If you didn’t, you need to create one before trying to login to your account.

Once you created an ID, just click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code then you have the option to have the 2FA code sent to the registered email, call or text your number.

Once you are in your account, you can either report lost phone or replace the SIM card number.



if you don't have the Send email option for the security code, try these workarounds

  1. Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.
    (!!!You will need to click Didn't receive code? or Resend Code and then Send email to trigger the 2FA to email)
  2. Potential workaround (for some): If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. For some individuals, this is giving the option of an email instead.

Did you previously set up the new login system? If so then you can use the Didn't get code link to get a code via email.
