I lost my sim card several month but public mobile withdraw automatically from my credit card. When I try to login to my public mobile account they sent a code for verification to my lost phone. How can I access to my account to report sim card loss and get a new sim card and access to my phone numebr.
Just wondering if you created a Eversafe ID yet? If you didn’t, you need to create one before trying to login to your account.
Once you created an ID, just click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code then you have the option to have the 2FA code sent to the registered email, call or text your number.
Once you are in your account, you can either report lost phone or replace the SIM card number.
