I am wanting to port my number to Rogers and understand that I need a confirmation SMS code but I am not sure how to access someone to give me the code. Thanks for any help!

To receive the text, you must have an active PM account and you must leave the PM SIM in your phone and wait for the text PM once Rogers contacts PM confirming you are porting your number over to Rogers…you have up 90 minutes to reply once you receive the text or porting will be cancelled.
If you missed replying to the text then you need to contact Rogers to restart the porting process for you.

Support is to be provided by the new provider. All this end needs is to be active and for you to leave this sim in a phone to confirm the text.
