May 4th - Phone not working

Can't make calls or receive them

I have paid and am active /up to date with my plan. Yet I cannot make or receive any calls. I have tried to reset my phone and nothing is working. I need help please. 

Outage? No internet today.

I'm near Barrie and my phone has no internet access, I have tried resetting and all that. I see others reporting the same thing.

Triple charged
